You are cordially invited to submit your paper for consideration to the special issue of the Journal of Research in Emerging Markets. It's our pleasure to announce our coming themed issue on "Middle East Economics and Finance". We are looking for scholars with creative thoughts and novel research ideas. The potential topics of the Special Issue (not limited to) include: financial markets and institutions, economic development and change, Islamic finance, asset pricing, international business and strategy, consumer and organizational behavior, monetary and fiscal policies, poverty and income distribution, welfare and labor economics, business cycles, financial stability and crisis, regional and international trade, marketing and entrepreneurship, ethics and CSR, area studies and theories of Middle East economies.

The Journal of Research in Emerging Markets (JREM) is an open-access refereed journal aimed at providing an outlet for high-quality research in finance, economics, management, and law disciplines with a particular focus on emerging and developing markets. The journal publishes original papers related to the field of emerging global economies. JREM aims to be one of the leading, most reputable, and credible journal on global emerging markets. We especially welcome papers that take financial perspectives, as well as articles addressing issues in the Middle East and Islamic economy.

The submission deadline is September 1, 2019. The submission and publication in JREM are free of charge.
