This new journal will help in disseminating scholarly and practical knowledge among business and legal communities in developing and emerging economies globally. In the region business and legal issues are not independent, they are highly integrated. This journal makes the research issues unique for the users.
We are launching the new journal since there are no open source unique quality publications addressing the economic development of UAE and the Middle East covering Finance, Banking, Insurance, Accounting, and Economics; Business Law, International Tax Law, and International Commercial Arbitration; Management, Leadership, Strategy, and HRM; Marketing, Tourism, E-Commerce, Business Ethics; Big Data Analytics in businesses, Business Intelligence; Innovation and Entrepreneurship; Operations/Supply Chain/Logistics Management, Technology Management and Customs; and Islamic Economy (Islamic Finance & Takaful; Retail Trade, Standards & Certifications; Tourism and Fashion Designs). We want to be the front-runner in these areas in the region. This is our distingusihing factor compared to other journals. This is how we can effectively engage, innovate and imapct on practitioners and academcians.
The journal disseminates emerging problems and solutions in management, commercial arbitrations and dispute resolutions to the business community.
